Work on the interior design of this one-room apartment began with a redevelopment, as the initial planning decision was unsuccessful for several reasons: the kitchen had a very elongated shape, and standard window openings deprived the apartment of a gorgeous view of the park. But the determining factor for the beginning of the redevelopment was the desire of customers to have at least a small but separate bedroom.
To fulfill this condition, it was necessary to combine the kitchen with the living room, while the kitchen area was moved to the back of the room, and a roomy seat by the window was taken by a spacious sofa and TV. In order not to clutter up the space of the bedroom itself, a dressing room was provided that successfully copes with the storage function.
The stylistic solution of the apartment fits into the strict framework of a minimalist concept. Laconicism and purity of design techniques, work with shape and geometry, as well as special attention to detail, these are the basic principles for building this interior. Monochrome color scheme of the apartment is diluted with elements made of bright wood texture.
