In addition, the cost of the material is not high, and anyone can build a fence from it on the site.

Decking has a pleasant aesthetic properties. It is presented by the manufacturer in various color interpretations, and is also easy to paint. Fences from corrugated board have different installation options, depending on which they are classified into four main groups:

1. On the supports. The method of arranging the fence on the supporting poles is considered the most simple in terms of execution and, as a result, the most affordable. In this case, metal, and sometimes wooden supports are installed vertically in the pits and poured with liquid cement. Then a further structure is formed.

2. On screw piles. This installation method involves “screwing” the piles into the soil to a sufficiently large depth. It is most effective in areas with terrain features, as well as marshy soils. Metal support poles can be used more than once.

3. With the foundation. Arrangement of the fence on the foundation will provide additional reliability of the frame. Experts believe that such a fence will be the most wind-resistant. The concrete pouring of the supports most often takes place using reinforcement and formwork, although reinforced concrete blocks can also be used. At the final stage, supports with a foundation are faced with brick, stone and other finishing materials.

4. Integrated.This type involves the construction of a fence with a foundation, a socle and brick supports. This is the most reliable way, but also the most expensive. Initially, the foundation is formed, on which the base is then laid, and the supporting brick pillars can have steel pipes in the structure, ensuring their strength.

Making a fence from corrugated board can be done in two ways, when the sheets are stacked horizontally or vertically, which directly depends on the personal preferences of the owners of the site.

As we have already said, due to its lightness and flexibility in processing, corrugated board is widely used by home craftsmen in construction work. Moreover, it is used not only for the construction of fences, but also in the design of the roof, facades, so it is important to choose the right material, which has a fairly large variety. Next, we will step by step consider how to build a fence from corrugated board and what is required for this.

Getting started, you must first acquire the necessary material and tools. There are several varieties of profiled sheets that differ in both the thickness and the height of the corrugation. Each species has its own marking with a letter and numbers. The capital “N” means that the profiled sheet is of the highest strength and is used as roofing material, the production of containers, etc. For the construction of fences such material is not advisable to use. If the marking begins with the letter “C”, this means that the profiled wall (used for wall cladding) has an average sheet thickness. It is from this category that the material for the construction of a reliable fence is chosen. There is also a corrugated board with the marking "NS", which refers to universal building materials. It is used to create canopies, fences of construction sites. Its cost is quite high, so it is not used for the construction of fences in private territories.

So, stopping at the wall profiled sheet, it remains to decide on the numbers of marking, which determine the height of the amplitude of the corrugation. To build a reliable durable construction, it is better to choose a material from the series C18, C20 or C21. Such sheets have sufficient characteristics and reasonable cost. The number of sheets required for erection is quite simple to calculate: it is necessary to divide the length of the entire fence by the width of one canvas.

In addition to corrugated board, you will also need supporting pillars and transverse logs, from which a "skeleton" will be formed. It is advisable that the distance between the supports does not exceed 2.5–3 m, otherwise the structure will have to be equipped with a large number of crossbars in order to avoid windage. Most often, pipes with a diameter of 60–100 mm are used for supporting elements, and square logs with dimensions 40x40x2 mm or 40x20x2 mm are used for cross members.

In addition, it is necessary to purchase cement, sand and gravel, as well as a container for forming the filling of support columns. As fasteners, metal screws with rubber gaskets will be needed. You also need to prepare such accessories in advance as: building level; a shovel or drill to make holes for supports; a welding machine that will help to build the most reliable fence frame; wooden stakes and strong rope; screwdriver, rivet machine.

When the work on the erection of the fence comes to an end, the entire metal frame will need to be treated with anti-corrosion agents and painted, so you should take care of buying the appropriate compounds in advance.

First, it is necessary to mark the future structure with particular accuracy. Stakes that drive along the entire perimeter with the same distance are useful here. They are connected together by a rope - this is, so to speak, a fence project or markup.

The next step is the installation of supports - this process must be approached with particular scrupulousness. With the help of a shovel or auger, holes are dug in the place of each peg. Their depth is from 1 to 1.5 m, depending on how tall the structure will be (the higher the fence, the deeper the hole for the support). In the finished pits, supports are installed in a clear vertical position and poured with cement mortar. The “stone pillow” should be 2/3 of the height of the hole, then the roofing material is covered and the sand is compacted. In this state, the supports are left for several days until completely hardened.

Now the turn has come to install the crossbars, the number of which depends on the height of the structure. Any welding machine will do just fine with this job. When the frame is formed, you will need to primer all the seams, logs and paint it.

It is better to start attaching corrugated board from a distant corner of the perimeter and move forward, overlapping sheets. For fixing, self-tapping screws (4 pieces per linear meter) and a powerful screwdriver are used. On this installation of the fence from corrugated board can be considered finished. The aesthetic procedures follow - all the scratches that arose during the work can be treated with spray paint, and the design itself can be endowed with some kind of decor.

It often happens that, having built a reliable fence from corrugated board in the adjoining territory, the owner still remains dissatisfied with its attractiveness, but the fence is a kind of visiting card of the entire site. In this case, you can apply some decorative tricks.

Taking advantage of the fact that the profiled sheet is perfectly combined with other materials, you can design support columns with special plastic panels that simulate brickwork in different colors (white, red, red, etc.). Another option is to curly trim the upper part of the canvases (usually it is made in the form of an arc).

Significantly improve the external aesthetics of the fence with drawings. Most often they depict landscapes, representatives of flora and fauna. Pictures created by airbrushing look beautiful.
